Finite-time multistability of fractional-order neural networks with applications in associative memory

Abstract: In this talk, we first report some recent results about multistability analysis and associative memory applications of fractional-order switched neural networks. In the second part, two finite-time stability theorems are established respectively for fractional-order systems subjected to stabilizing and destabilizing impulses. Further, based on the established finite-time stability theorems, effective feedback controllers are designed to derive finite-time multistability conditions of fractional-order impulsive neural networks. Extensive numerical examples are provided to verify the effectiveness of the theoretical results.

报告学者简介:聂小兵,东南大学数学学院副教授,博士生导师,系统科学系主任。主要从事网络动力学分析、控制与应用研究,主持完成国家自然科学基金2项和江苏省自然科学基金1项,2016年入选江苏高校“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人,2020年获江苏省科学技术二等奖(排2)。目前担任中国自动化学会分数阶系统与控制专业委员会委员,中国指挥与控制学会网络科学与工程专业委员会委员。在IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems、IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、Neural Networks等国际权威期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇。
